THINGS eXplore™ Venture Building #2

Mario Draghi's report: The future of European competitiveness revealed what we who have been working with technology driven innovation in Europe already know. In essence Europe failed badly in the digital transformation and as of today we're at best educated buyers of technology and services from elsewhere. We do many things right, but have to bring more globally successful companies to market and not loose them half way through. Or we run the risk of becoming an open air  museum of the first waves of industrialization.

We believe its a good moment to focus on deeptech which in many domains is ours to loose and where most of our common challenges like climate, nature and social wellbeing can be tackled. Beyond great education, research and entrepreneurs we need to learn how to turn all of that into very successful and ambitious companies, including improve our ability to turn research into great companies. It is a complex and difficult task and we believe Venture Building is a good complement to Universities working with technology transfer. The term is becoming popular for companies, corporate departments and individuals, but what does it really mean, which are the biggest challenges and how to become successful?

We are trying these waters by inviting you to a digital THINGS eXplore™ Venture Building. It's open for all, free and in English and we will have 4-6 speakers with significant relevant experience in Venture Building and kind enough to share what they do, results, experience and insights.
